Our 30,000-square-foot Santa Clara shop runs every step under one roof — estimating, detailing, plate-cutting, welding, finishing, and quality control. Nothing leaves without AISC-certified inspection by our team.
HOW WE BUILD IT.
Three phases, one team. The same people who quote the work fabricate it, erect it, and sign off on the QA.
Tekla Structures 3D modeling, clash detection, and erection sequencing are run by our in-house team before a single torch is lit.

A walk through our Santa Clara facility, the equipment, crews, and craft that turn raw steel into structural steel.
Success starts before construction. Our seasoned estimators build detailed budgets. At any phase, a hand sketch is enough to get started. We provide full 3D detailing through Tekla Structures, with in-house designers and trusted outside detailers running BIM coordination throughout the project. Tekla EPM keeps it model-based and paperless; clients can check the status of any piece from their phone.
A 30,000-square-foot Santa Clara shop with the latest equipment. From heavy structural steel to high-finish architectural elements, we work across carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, and glass in any finish the spec calls for. If you can dream it, we can build it.
We specialize in complex installations. Field plans start during preconstruction in strict accordance with AISC; our certified erection procedures are outlined in advance, and custom rigging fixtures are engineered and fabricated in tandem with the project.
We take safety seriously. ConstructSecure, a third-party global risk assessment firm, named SOS Steel a Platinum Safety Award winner, which is given to companies scoring above 95% on their Safety Assessment Program. Our EMR is consistently among the lowest of our peers, and our goal is zero accidents on every project.
